Your oral health is our first priority and we ensure you that we perform procedures in the most responsible and compassionate manner. Our financial policy is outlined below to assist you with the investment in your oral health and our ability to continue to offer affordable state of the art treatment options.
Emergency/Single-Visit Payments
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit).
Multiple Visit Payment Options
Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service
Selection of this option gives you the maximum savings on the cost of your treatment plan. The billing expenses we save, we pass on to you as we provide you with excellent care at affordable fees. Sometimes longer treatment plans may take months and our helpful staff will provide you with a complete print out of your treatment plan and associated fees to assist you with planning your payment schedule. This “Pay As You Go” format allows you to complete payment when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Option 2: CareCredit – Treatment fees divided over periods up to 12 months.
For patients who would prefer an extended payment plan, financing through CareCredit is available to those who qualify. If you select this option, you should be aware that ample time for pre-approval should be allowed before scheduling treatment. Think of CareCredit like a healthcare care credit card which you may use at a variety of healthcare professionals who accept it. With CareCredi, you pay no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties and no fees. Furthermore, CareCredit offers a revolving credit line for additional treatment without the need to re-apply.
